Bloomington Fall Colors 2003 (Oct 23rd & 24th)

Again a beautiful time of the year, as always Bloomington was looking pretty and I decided to click away...

Oh yeah this time around the transition has been weird, random, unpredictable (aahh I am struggling for the right word here) -- some trees were already looking dead while their buddies had nice green leaves on them. Not the usual smooth transition from green -> yellow -> red -> (oops dead trees).

Whatever, it still looked a beautiful place full of nature's best as these snaps suggest (the chip munks have also been busy packing food for winter!)...

Updated on Nov 30 2003: Added another row of colorful snaps & a panoramic snap of the Jordan river near the Indiana Memorial Union. These photographs were taken on Oct 31st.
